Conspiracy is a crime and CAN use email as key part.
Simply saying 'I am a private citizen and thus can send any emails i want' is not a defense but a stupid person might think it is.
If she was spreading the "Fake Electors" plan to influence people who could effectuate it, she would be part of the scheme and subject to charges.

Herr Vols needs to understand a Conspiracy charge has two parts.
First is more than one person discussing the commission of a crime.
Second is any actions taken in furtherance of that crime.
That second part is key. It is fine for any two people to just talk about doing a crime. 'We should rob a ban;', 'we should steal this election', but as soon as any ACTIONS are taken in furtherance of that, or towards making it happen, then the conspiracy can be charged to all the people who discussed and planned it.

Let me explain how the law works and break it down as 'Law for Idiots' for you.
What DOES NOT matter is how many years you lived prior without doing a crime or those crimes not be discovered, as you seem to think is an important part. Ginni's potential crimes are only recently being uncovered and it does not matter if in the years or decades prior she did no crimes.
And to dumb it down even more in the hopes you will comprehend, lets take the example of Bernie Madoff.
As per your point he had about 70 years of 'not being in trouble' before his crimes were found.
It would take a real stupid shit head to say 'he had 70 years of not being in trouble and thus the crimes they are pursuing now (2009) will not happen'.
You really need to do two things. First shut up. Second get smarter.
What specific crime are they suggesting with that statement? Who are they urging to commit a crime? There needs to be a crime that is being solicited by the person writing the email.
It is a crime for false electors to file a certificate saying they are the real electors - MI just filed criminal charges against the people that committed that crime.
Did Ginni urge anyone to commit that crime? If so, then she solicited a crime.
