Ginni Thomas urged state lawmakers in Arizona to ignore President Biden's victory and 'choose' presidential electors to overturn the 2020 presidential election," the Citizens for Responsibility & Ethics in Washington (CREW) tweeted on July 15.
 
Ginni Thomas has long come under scrutiny over her actions in the wake of the last election, including sending text messages to Donald Trump's former chief of staff Mark Meadows urging him to help overturn the results of the election, while describing Joe Biden's fair victory as the "greatest heist of our history."

If Eastman is prosecuted as a lead part of a conspiracy on creating and disseminating the fake electors scheme and other elements, and Ginni Thomas and others were using their Republi'can' rolodex and name to get others to accept the email and plan for reading it would certainly be prosecutable as being against the law, as part of that conspiracy.

We do not know what they have on her on yet but your point that 'sending emails' could not be part of a big crime is just stupid. LIke you.

Unless the email was part of a conspiracy to commit sedition or some other crime. Do you really believe people sending emails about robbing a bank or child porn are completely legal?

Sure.. If only those mob bosses had just sent a million emails, they wouldn't have been indicted in zymurgy's version of the justice system.

Several people have been convicted for conspiracy to commit insurrection because they sent a lot fewer than a million messages to others.
