The judge challenged the constitutionality of the deal and took it off the table instead ordering Hunter to find employment and stay off drugs and alcohol while submitting to random drug tests.

She let him walk because Hunter's lawyers said he was still under investigation.

A federal judge in Delaware on Wednesday ordered Hunter Biden to "actively seek employment," abstain from drugs or alcohol, submit to random drug testing and not possess a firearm as conditions for staying out of jail.

The conditions were laid out by U.S. District Court Judge Maryellen Noreika as part of the ongoing investigation in Delaware centering around the first son.

According to Judge N it was more put on hold, the case is not ready yet, and the judge is none to happy that about how parties have acted.
 
I think the judge didn't have a choice but to deny the plea deal, as it was not fully addressed.

It seems the Attorneys were not even on the same page, in drafting up the plea!

And there were no protections for Hunter, if Donald Trump should win the election and has the loose-ended Plea deal thrown out and starts the investigation up all over again!

So the Judge did the right thing by refusing this plea, and making the attorneys do their jobs and not leave any open holes in the plea deal!

And Hunter did the right thing by saying - No plea Deal- then we are going to trial!

Because no one I know, ever went to jail by making a mistake on their taxes and after paying them and the fines in full to settle up.

And no one I know of, ever went to jail for a first time offense, lying on a Gun Background Check form about being a drug user- WHEN he was not involved in any crimes pertaining to the gun in question.

When everyone lies about that on their Background check forms. Like none of you guntards ever smoked a doobie- YEA RIGHT!

I'm fine with hammering criminals and I have no doubt Hunter is one. What I'm against is the law being applied unevenly and/or for political reasons.

Trump attempted a coup. I have no problem with charging him with crimes related to his actions.

Thanks for confessing that you think it's okay to have politically motivated charges against Hunter because you think all the charges against Trump are politically motivated.

So you are saying the charges against Hunter were false?

He cheated on taxes and was illegally in possession of firearm.

How are those politically motivated?

His plea deal was politically motivated by Biden's DOJ, most people go to prison for that, they don't get them reduced to misdemeanors with no jail time.
 
Hunters lawyers also admitted that Hunter is under investigation for violating FARA, if you don't know what that is then look it up, basically he never registered as a foreign agent and those charges are even more serious.

Since it is now proven that Joe did have knowledge of Hunter's business dealings, even sat in on them, that one will be automatic.

Congress is getting to the bottom of this and soon the DOJ will have no choice but to start dropping the hammer to save their own skins.

Congress is even considering impeaching Garland at this point and it's going to go up the chain to Biden.

No. I'm saying the whines about "sweetheart deal" were politically motivated. He got a good deal because he has money and money buys a lot of Justice in America. This is why Trump isn't, and probably never will be, in prison. Same for OJ.

Biden's DOJ? Why wasn't it Trump's DOJ when he was President for four years? Is it because the Democrats are so smart or because the Trumpers are so stupid? Both?

Yes, I believe it was found out that at least nine family members received money through 12 shell corporations. Not sure if it was Ukraine or China that paid them.
