UFO hearing: Whistleblower testifies government 'absolutely' has possession of

Agreed on the lack of evidence. There are thousands of retired officers and senior enlisted personnel. Why do only a few claim this?

FWIW, I have over 23,000 hours of flying time, about 5,000 of that military. I've seen a lot of strange things but all were explainable as manmade except one and that one was probably manmade too.

That incident was taking off from Miami and climbing up to 10,000 feet on the way to Nassau, Bahamas. It was a pitch-black night, high overcast and no Moon. As we were climbing, a narrow white beam like a laser shined directly into the cockpit from our 12 o'clock above us and played around the inside of the cockpit and our faces and upper torsos. I see the beam in front of us but not it's source. I contacted Center and told them we'd just been lased from 12 o'clock and higher than us. "Are you painting anything in front of us?" I asked. The controller said no, but didn't seem interested which indicated to me he knew but couldn't say for security reasons. Still, I'd never seen a white laser and couldn't explain not seeing it's source.

No doubt there are many cases of unexplained aerial phenomena.

I have never seen anything where I thought the best explanation was an intergalactic spaceship piloted by aliens.

If we have recovered alien spacecraft and alien bodies so have the British, Canadians, Australians, Russians, and Chinese.

It beggars belief that for all these decades there was a highly successful global conspiracy of silence.

'nonhuman' craft

In testimony before the House of Representatives, former Air Force officer David Grusch said the U.S. has recovered "biologics" from downed craft.

A former Pentagon intelligence official testified Wednesday that he was “absolutely” certain the government had possession of nonhuman craft.

David Grusch, a former Air Force officer, said during a House Oversight Committee hearing that his information was based on interviews with 40 witnesses and that he knew where the material was being held. Grusch added that nonhuman “biologics” were recovered along with the craft.

This will be fun. lol

Agreed on the lack of evidence and the inability to keep such a thing secret.

I think so too. But it's summer, when we suspend belief and go see blockbuster movies and drink and smoke and spend time outside after dark. And see cool stuff. lol

Until I see concrete evidence we have clandestine government warehouses filled with intergalactic spaceships, I'm more likely to believe Pentagon guys were shooting the shit at a DC bar, and by the time the gossip filtered it's way down the grapevine through the ranks , there were dudes on the recieving end who thought the stories were actually real.

Not only is a decades long global conspiracy of silence hard to swallow, we have picked up no footprints of intelligent life in the interstellar electromagnetic radio and microwave frequencies, and the laws of relativity preclude accelerating matter and spaceships to the speed of light.

I believe if NASA or the European Space Agency ran across alien spaceships during one of our interplanetary missions, they would not hesitate to share the news with the public. I think even the Russian and Chinese space agencies would too

Back in the 1960s when the A-12 was being tested, there were a lot of UFO reports at night when it was being flight tested at the Skunk Works. I have no doubt that some UFO sightings are classified military aircraft flights, probably drones these days. A drone can take a lock more G's than a human pilot so their maneuvering can be impressive.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lockheed_A-12
The Lockheed A-12 is a high-altitude, Mach 3+ reconnaissance aircraft built for the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) by Lockheed's Skunk Works, based on the designs of Clarence "Kelly" Johnson. The aircraft was designated A-12, the 12th in a series of internal design efforts for "Archangel", the aircraft's internal code name. In 1959, it was selected over Convair's FISH and Kingfish designs as the winner of Project GUSTO, and was developed and operated under Project Oxcart.

The CIA's representatives initially favored Convair's design for its smaller radar cross-section, but the A-12's specifications were slightly better and its projected cost was much lower. The companies' respective track records proved decisive. Convair's work on the B-58 had been plagued with delays and cost overruns, whereas Lockheed had produced the U-2 on time and under budget. In addition, Lockheed had experience running a "black" project.[1]

The A-12 was produced from 1962 to 1964 and flew from 1963 to 1968. It was the precursor to the twin-seat U.S. Air Force YF-12 prototype interceptor, M-21 launcher for the D-21 drone, and the SR-71 Blackbird, a slightly longer variant able to carry a heavier fuel and camera load. The A-12 began flying missions in 1967 and its final mission was in May 1968; the program and aircraft were retired in June. The program was officially revealed in the mid-1990s

...or it would be leaked by any of the thousands of workers around the world involved in such programs.

How do you know?

There could be one near Mars.

There could be one on the other side of the moon.

First, both Mars and the Moon move as does the Earth. Any such anomaly would be spotted. There's also the fact that, for a ship to pass through without damage, it'd have to be really big.

We can identify different stars with planets. Certainly our scientists could spot a wormhole in our own solar system.

https://exoplanets.nasa.gov/faq/6/how-many-exoplanets-are-there/
How many exoplanets are there?
To date, more than 5,000 exoplanets have been discovered and are considered "confirmed" out of the billions in our galaxy alone. There are thousands of other "candidate" exoplanet detections that require further observations in order to say for sure whether or not the exoplanet is real.

Remarkably, the first exoplanets were just discovered in the 1990s. We live in an extraordinary time where in the span of a single generation, the centuries-old question "Are there planets orbiting other stars?" has been answered with a resounding "Yes!"

I don't get it. These aliens have the technology to travel light years to get here but not the technology to prevent crashing into earth?
