Trivial objection. Most arraignments are held in mass with each defendant coming forward, the charges are read, and the defendant enters a plea. Unless the defendant is to be held, that's the end of it. Maybe all of five minutes. It isn't really a true courtroom setting.

Doesn't that depend upon the charges, Terry? Loud party goers being charged with a public disturbance is one thing. Violent terrorists attempting to take down and murder Congressional reps is another.

TBH, Terry, whenever the subject of Trump comes up, you think a lot of weird things.

Do you think anyone who has taken an oath to support and defend the Constitution should be held accountable for that oath even when out of the service?

What if they are a retiree? Should they lose their pay and benefits? I do. I believe in stripping the traitorous, oath-breaking pieces of shit of everything. Do you agree or disagree, Terry?

No, I don't. An oath of office applies while in that office. That goes for being in the military too.

Anyone, if convicted of a federal felony--any felony--loses those while imprisoned, including social security. They restart on release. As for Jan 6, it was a three-hour riot, so I disagree entirely with your characterizing it as "traitorous," an "insurrection," or having anything to do with previous oaths taken and no longer valid.

It occurs in a COURTROOM. Trump was required to appear in a COURTROOM. The case has made it to a COURTROOM.

Figures. While it's never been legally tested, an oath is more than just a contract. I understand why you don't abide by your oath, Terry.

Of course you disagree, Terry. You support the actions. Will you be joining any future violent actions supporting your Geezer Fuhrer? Are you itching to kill grooming, socialist Libruls like your fellow JPP Trumpers?
