There's no evidence Nixon or Reagan actively practiced Christianity.

There's no shame in admitting Republicans have an affinity and attraction towards unethical atheists like Richard Nixon and Donald Trumpf.


The belief that you can just sit on your couch and declare you believe in Jesus, and that's good enough, is a radical minority view of Christianity in some Protestant sects.

Protestants are a minority in world Christianity. Most of Christianity think you have to actually do something to be considered a Christian in good standing.

I doubt anyone is stupid enough to think "declaring" a belief in Jesus is sufficient.......on the other hand, all Christians agree that actually believing in Jesus, is...and that is something only God can be aware of....hardly radical or a minority.....that is simply John 3

Freedom of religion is also freedom FROM religion.
