Judge's opinion says Trump is a Rapist!!!

It is the judges ruling and it almost certainly will lead to E Jean Carroll asking for 'damages' for this frivolous by Trump in his claim he did not rape her.

The judge said, yes you did.
 
Trump calling of the verdict a 'win' for Trump, when the verdict was 'we find you sexually assaulted and penetrated her vagina with either your finger or your penis, but since she cannot say for certain we must call it sexual assault and not rape', ...is just a hilarious brag for Trump.

Trump forcing the Judge to rule on his motion, and his counter suit, and allowing the judge to say 'yes he did rape her' and also making it clear E Jean can seek even more damages, was the hilarious part.

These are self inflicted wounds by Trump.

trump had it pretty good when daddy was alive. The sued and sued and sued and sued and sued.

He never learned that he will eventually be subjected to the law.

You said...no problem convicting on the rape charge.

When was that trial? And what date was he charged with rape? When did the DA file the rape charge?


No one is convicted in a civil case!! DAs do not charge civil cases!

civil cases are non-criminal meaning no CRIME..no one can be convicted of a fucking thing!!!

So, we can establish that Trump was not found "guilty" of rape as he was not criminally charged,
nor was he found liable for rape. Further, the civil claim was on a battery tort but brought forward using an extension of the statute of limitations for crimes including rape.


Trump was found, by a jury, liable for battery, a civil tort, based on the preponderance of evidence provided by E. Jean Carroll that he sexually abused her but not that he raped her.




He was not found "guilty" as the suit was a civil trial, which entails no criminal conviction.

Trump lost the defamation case bigly. Then he decided to defame her again in public . So she is suing again. Even Trumpys have to understand how dumb that is. Trump does not have adult self-control.
