The judge can't rule rape when Tump was not charged with rape. This is more of the witchhunt in view

Yup.

the judge clarified what the legal finding meant in practical terms and that was that the jury did render a judgement that Trump did rape her.

the Judge clarification is now also part of the official record and can be cited and if Trump again tries to sue anyone who RIGHTLY says he raped her, it will be used to dismiss his case and seek sanctions and penalties from him.

Webster dictionary: "Rape: unlawful sexual activity and usually sexual intercourse carried out forcibly or under threat of injury against the will usually of a female." The jury found he penetrated her but possibly with his finger(s) not his prick. That's rape, pal.
