They can treat it like Clinton's gun ban, with a termination date. This allows comfort for those concerned about longterm effects and also speeds agreement to enact the bill.

This should have been done back in Reagan's day and, then again, in GW's day. Trump called them criminals and built a wall. Republicans have gone off the rails with their theocratic racism but businessmen will be the ones who make or break politicians.
