trump's appeal to TDAK is that trump spews hatred and lies constantly. Also, TDAK's hatred has turned his brain into Swiss cheese. One problem. The judge didn't allow DNA evidence which proved rape.

Where was this DNA found? How did it survive that long? How does it prove rape? Prove it wasn't consensual.

Some DNA identifies ancient animals hundreds of thousands of years gone. The latest Carroll trial showed the rape proof such as her telling friends immediately about it. Rape is not consensual.

Mark my words down now.

It will be dismissed and Alina Habba and Trump will be sanctioned for bringing a frivolous case just as they were in the Hillary Clinton et al case where it is was dismissed, they got sanctioned and had to pay $1mm dollars in costs to Hillary et al.

Alina Habba being the lawyer in the court making the case is all you need to know. SHe is never in the court in any type of active role when Trump can get a real lawyer to argue for him. Alina gets sent in when every other lawyer says no, as they do not want to get sanctioned.
