Do you have evidence for that claim?
If they are subpoenaed he has to respond and make that claim, these documents were not his personal records, and that claim is wrong anyway.

Great. Well the first 2 the bank incorrectly deposited money so not relevant. The last two are good examples but the money did legitimately belong to the people. If Brandon had the classified files in his possession they were his. They were classified documents released to him and he left them unsecured.

I was in my garage a few weeks ago, there was a ski tube. I had no idea we had a ski tube, I asked my wife about it,she had no idea. I keep forgetting to ask my kids how it got there.
A huge difference was Biden did not even know that classified documents were in his garage. The fact that they sat there for years showed he had no evil intent to do something with them. As soon as they were found they were immediately returned.
Trump intended to use them for some purpose. I do not see how it was benign. He lied about them and hid them. Anyone else would be in jail explaining their actions. Trump should be arrested and explain from Gitmo.

Anything is possible. Probable is something else entirely. It's amazing how much you have to twist yourself into a pretzel to explain Brandon being in possession of unsecured classified document.
A case without any evidence as to how the documents got there would be dismissed by the Judge pretty quickly.

And you think that proves there is none. The documents where on his property. Your suggestion is someone put them in his garage without his knowledge with no evidence of that whatsoever but THAT we are supposed to believe. Either Brandon knew they were there in which case he's guilty or he didnt know they were there in which case he's a senile old fool who shouldn't have access to classified information since he clearly isnt capable of keeping it secure.

I am simply not deciding if I think he is guilty or not until I see evidence that he knew those docs were there.
I know you want to discuss Biden because you are so upset about Trump, but even if evidence were to show up that Biden put them there, the fact is that he did not obstruct an investigation or an attempt to get them back. He did not show them to anyone. He did not lie about having them. Significant differences.
