Trump has chosen not to remain silent on the issue and admitted to it, so I no longer presume he is innocent, but the Court does and is required to do so. It would be silly for an individual to pretend he is innocent when he has admitted to it.

Things can be found in your garage without you knowing how they got there or that they were there.

He is not required to deny anything, in fact it is good policy not to comment on ongoing investigations.

When you attempt to rob the bank you have committed the crime whether you get money or not.

The more accurate analogy would be if you go and withdraw $1,000 from the bank and they give you $10,000. Then they ask you to return the extra $9,000 and you refuse.

The classified documents were taken and stored in Biden’s home. They were taken illegally and stored illegally.

I just checked my garage and library for classified documents…nothing found.

The President's personal records are not part of the records that the National Archives is in charge of. The President is solely in charge of deciding what his records are and which are not. When a President removes records at the end of his Presidency those are his personal records.

He admitted he did not turn them all in when subpoenaed.
He is on paper swearing he did turn them all in.
