So your "logic" is if someone claims the moon is made of cream cheese then Brandon cant be a dictator orchestrating the imprisonment of a political rival? Well we know he doesnt have the brain power to do it himself but the people who parade him around do.

What is likely is that Judge Cannon will dismiss the case with prejudice based on a lack of foundation.

Himmler throwing in the Espionage Act shit was great for sensationalism by the Reich press, but the Judge is asking the department of injustice to provide a foundation for the spurious demagoguery. The charge would stipulate that Trump not only had the information, but attempted to use the information in coordination with an entity intent on doing substantial harm to the security of the United States.

Smith fucked up with this, because Judge Cannon is ordering that he show what entity he alleges Trump was working with. Obviously there is none - this was just hyperbole for the consumption by the press. Smith wanted to create an impression to the public that Trump is a spy - after all the goal of this affair is to tamper with and corrupt the 2024 presidential election.

Judge Cannon, at her discretion can strike the illegal portions from the indictment, but more likely she will dismiss the entire indictment due to misconduct by the department of injustice.

This is why the left is in mourning. Most of the drones here are not programmed to know what is going on, but the general moros of the Reich is driven by dread that the indictment will be tossed long before the 2024 election and the plot to destroy the election will fail.

I’m simply pointing out that people who constantly harp on conspiracy theories that have been proven untrue over and over again, have no credibility. You guys make all kinds of claims without any evidence.

Using your logic, a former president is above the law.

First that doesn't logically follow from what I said. Next you people dismiss things out of hand because it's too intellectually challenging for you to consider things you dont want to hear so you find reasons to ignore them. You hear someone say something you don't like then brand them with a "phobia" and an "ism" and then conclude you don't need to address it. That's intellectual laziness.
