Does trump have a viable defense?

DeSantis has already said that when he is president, he would consider pardoning Trump, if he needed to.

If he were to win, he will.

W. Palm Beach will vote for him…again.

No one wants Biden to run again, including his own party.

The poll, conducted April 13-17 among 1,230 U.S. adults, found only 26% of respondents would like to see Biden run again in 2024, versus 73% who said he shouldn't. That includes 47% of Democrats, while 52% of Democrats do not want him to run again.

Of course there is always Horizontal Harris…lol

I failed to mention that those 26% who do want Slow Joe to run again were polled at their respective mental institutions.

Sufficient credible evidence, I and most competent people strongly suspect,
will be presented to the court at trial to convict Trump of felony charges.

That doesn't mean he will be convicted.

It takes one juror to create a mistrial, and the real issue is whether or not the defense can get one empaneled.
This is the REAL dynamic at play, here.

I read the indictment, and I do not see a viable defense for Trump? Does anybody have any kind of defense to the allegations against Trump? I’m not talking about whining about pretend arguments that other people did the same thing, I’m talking about an honest defense

There isn’t one.

He confessed. The confession was not coerced. I don't see a defense based on the facts. I suspect that's why Trump is down two lawyers. He wouldn't listen to them.

I'd note that there is no attempt by his enablers to dispute the facts. The ONLY spin I've seen at this point is 'But Hillary'. Obviously that isn't a legal strategy.

The kooks trying to call this overreach by the Justice department are stupid.

Hello Jarod,

I read the indictment, and I do not see a viable defense for Trump? Does anybody have any kind of defense to the allegations against Trump? I’m not talking about whining about pretend arguments that other people did the same thing, I’m talking about an honest defense

There isn’t one.

Maybe that's why his lawyers quit.

The 'But Biden' defense does not work.

And we hear his supporters using that over and over. The one thing not heard is "He didn't do it.'

Everybody knows he committed these crimes.

He did it.

It is an exemplification of the old saying. 'Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.'

Trump built the closest thing he could to absolute power.

He had nobody to tell him he couldn't do wrong things. Early on, he did. He refused to listen to those things. He got rid of anyone and everyone who told him he could not do this or that. He got rid of a functioning cabinet and team and replaced them all with yes men and yes women.

As an aside, his mini-me DeSantis does the same thing. I heard he goes through staff like toilet paper. John Oliver said in his video about DeSantis that DeSantis had a strange dating trick. He would take a date out to Thia food and claim he liked 'Thigh Food;' purposely mispronouncing it. If a date corrected him he dumped her. He didn't want a girlfriend who ever corrected him. He doesn't want anybody who ever corrects him. Sound familiar?

odd, I thought the topic of the thread was your lack of evidence against Trump......do I smell the stench of deflection already?.....

Every time Trumps crimes are mentioned all you can do is talk about Clinton. The evidence against him will be overwhelming, including audio and video tapes and his own attorneys notes.
