They don't open investigations when they have no credible evidence that they happenned. Just because a bunch of ignorant republicans would like to believe their stupid accusations is not grounds for an investigation. I think they should have learned that when they all went apeshit over Hillary and Bengazi and ended with no charges whatsoever.

The fact is Trump is the only one who committed crimes after being told to return them.
I think they are going to let January 6 go, but I could easily be wrong. Obstruction and contempt are for sure and Ill be watching about the Classified Documents, it depends on evidence we do not know yet.

It is, so the FBI is doing exactly what it should do..... not release the document, because there is no context, and no corroboration. Anyone can make an accusation. Not all of them should be made public. Funny how they can't find their witness. LOL.
I don't think they will. In fact, I think there are going to be multiple indictments for conspiracy. Once you have Meadows, it becomes a pretty easy case to prove. I think it may be delayed for a bit, but if I'm a betting man, they are going to throw the book at the conspirators. They certainly should.

There is a $5 million trail and testimony from a Ukrainian official directly confirming that he bribed Joe Biden (who was VP at the time) for the documents. Which also means that Biden had the stolen classified documents since at least 2014.
BUT Biden is a democrat - not subject to laws.
But we must remember that Biden is democrat, thus above the laws that are used as a club against commoners and Republicans.

Theft is not that. Trump cannot get away with his stealing a truckload of documents. Then he lied to the FBI and NARA while hiding them. He had nefarious reasons for the theft. Trump should pay bigly. Trump's lawyers had a meeting with the prosecutors trying to bargain down. We do not know if it was successful. But the fact he had one shows he is guilty of a big crime and is afraid. Your blind belief in Trump is scary. The evidence does not move you a millimeter from your deep red Trumpian beliefs.
