Most of the time, the "result" of an abortion is the excision of a clump of cells...which is what the "result" of a lumpectomy is for a breast cancer patient.

Another "result" of an abortion is that the woman who got the abortion was given the opportunity to exercise "choice"...rather than having the government dictate what she must do with her body.

Having "the government dictate..." seems not to be important to people like Earl.

EVERYTHING is legal...until a legislature deems it to be illegal. The "elected legislatures" do not decide whether abortion is legal...they decide if they are going to make it illegal. And, as you noted, some state legislatures have made it illegal.

There is no such thing as an "unborn child"...except in the minds of assholes like you. A "child" is a living human being...and one becomes a "living human being" when one is born. Most women are going to do it no matter that you sludge want to prevent it. You can make it illegal...so women will do it illegally and with MUCH LESS SAFETY...but they will do it.
