No, that too is untrue. Stolen valor is only a crime if you try to make a profit off it. You can bullshit (like you do) all you want so long as it isn't for profit or personal gain.

Again, you don't know what the hell you are talking about. The Stolen Valor act of 2005 criminalized the buying and selling of medals and decorations one didn't earn. 18 U.S.C. § 704
It was modified in 2014 to limit that to certain medals like the Medal of Honor, and to doing it for profit or gain.

The 2014 case was the Supreme Court ruling over this lying POS who pretended to be a decorated officer

The upper FBI was a problem under Hoover also. The problems at the FBI needs a drastic house cleaning. That is the main reason I want Trump to win in 2024. I think he would make sure what can be done is done to clean up the rot at the FBI. General Flynn to run the FBI would be my first choice.
