Prosecutors don’t like filing charges in cases they can’t win for lack of evidence.

Filing a decades old rape case with only two witnesses (the rapist POS and the victim) and lacking other evidence isn’t enough to prosecute.

There is. That is why it was for defamation. Trump cannot shut his mouth and he kept lying in public about Carroll and insulted her repeatedly. I believe he is still doing it. The astute of limitations was altered in 2022 to allow civil charges. That is why he was nailed for civil charges.He got away with the rape.

Thanks for admitting there was NO RAPE. NO CHARGE. There is NO STATUE OF LIMITATIONS FOR RAPE IN NY. Admitting? Quit slanting. Rape was not possible because the statute of limitations took it out of the equation. Defamation will be on the table forever because Trump cannot control his food hole.
