And he made a very bad President (although liked him as a person)I don’t think Jimmy Carter was.

Yes, he FINALLY wanted to submit it after he knew that it wasn’t possible to enter it as evidence. This is what Trump does to make it look good for himself.
No, he actually wasn’t. History is vindicating him.And he made a very bad President (although liked him as a person)

I’m sure she’d take it for her next lawsuit, wonder if he’ll supply it next time?
Thomas Jefferson bought up a bunch of land west of the Mississippi while he was president because he was among the first to know he would be signing the Louisiana Purchase. Jefferson also kept his slaves until his death. All politicians are grifters.
He'll be back.wont worry. it'll all be over when they turn the a.i. lose on the depopulation agenda.
John Connor where are you?
What a joke.
Not any evidence to file criminal charges but some liberal jury found him guilty anyways.
You realize civil trials don't determine guilt right. You realize the burden of proof is much lower in a civil trial right? My money is in "No".
They do not determine criminal guilt, but they do determine a level of guilt for sure.

They donated their salary but not the personal income they made while president like Trump did.

(Judge) Kaplan said Trump's offer would "almost certainly" delay a scheduled April 25 trial and unduly harm Carroll, who has long accused Trump of stalling.
"Granting Mr. Trump's request would be only the first step in introducing a complicated new subject into this case that both sides elected not to pursue," the judge wrote. "And Mr. Trump has given the court no reason to believe that pursuing that course would be likely to yield any admissible evidence, let alone a guarantee that anything important would come of it."
The judge recognized Trump's sudden desire to negotiate giving DNA a month before the scheduled start of the trial as a delaying tactic. Both sides had already agreed to the trial and what would be admitted as evidence. Trump didn't agree to give his DNA. He said he would give DNA in exchange for documents. Trump was not going to willing give DNA. He was going to try to spend months negotiating to prevent the trial from happening on schedule.
He'll be back.
He had to know it was late.
There can’t be a criminal trial, it’s past the statute of limitations. It has nothing to do with the evidence, but there is evidence, it’s the unknown male DNA on the dress, and Trump refused to give his DNA and fought it in court. Ms. Carroll won her case without it.
That is complete bullshit. There is no statue of limitations in NY for rape. They could not charge him with it, because there was no charge to be had.
What he doesn’t understand is the law was only recently changed and that’s why Carroll was able to bring the lawsuit.Poopeye attorney at law

“Under the new law, the statute of limitations for reporting second-degree rape increases to 20 years and third-degree rape increases to 10 years. Previously, both were five years.”
