Former President Donald Trump has been found guilty of sexually abusing advice columnist E. Jean Carroll. A New York jury delivered the verdict today (May 9) and awarded the plaintiff $5 million.

According to The Associated Press, the jury reached its decision on the first day of its deliberations. Jurors didn’t accept Carroll’s claims that she was raped by the onetime “Apprentice” host, but still found him liable for sexual abuse and for defaming her after she went public with her allegations in 2019.

Trump, who vehemently denied the claims over the years, didn’t appear in the civil trial and wasn’t present when the verdict was read. Carroll, meanwhile, tearfully nodded while it was read aloud. The result was validation for Carroll, who is one of more than a dozen women who accused Trump of sexual assault or harassment.

This is what you'll need before you could even hope to see a jury trial:


Several people who will swear under oath you called them immediately after the rape to report what happened to you.

Several women who will testify under oath that Biden also sexually assaulted them.

A video tape of Biden admitting he grabs pussy and gets away with it.

A certified psychologist who will testify under oath that the post-assault trauma you experienced was medically credible.

There can’t be a criminal trial, it’s past the statute of limitations. It has nothing to do with the evidence, but there is evidence, it’s the unknown male DNA on the dress, and Trump refused to give his DNA and fought it in court. Ms. Carroll won her case without it.

When did it supposedly happen? Just give us the year. Where was trump on the day she can't remember when it supposedly happened?

So what... That does not mean it didn't happen. Trump should offer his DNA and clear this up.

Or he could have testified and maybe the jury would have had something to go on and deny the claim.

Evidence thats easally discredited by a court system seeking justice. That's not what this was. Interesting that in 2022 NY allowed people to file civil claims for alleged sexual assault after the statute of limitations.

liberal? Is that all you could make up to protect your image of Trump. There were 2 solid Trumpys on the jury. The rest were not solidly affiliated. The whole jury listened to the evidence and found him guilty in 2.5 hours. It was an easy call. You are so wrong, so often. Trump is a sexual abuser.
The self-delusion required to be a Trumpy is amazing. But you handle it.

There is a seven year statute of limitations for rape which starts once investigators hear of a crime, the time of the rape is irrelevant.

Caroll reported the rape in 2019 meaning the statute of limitations was nowhere close to over yet investigators could find no evidence of a sexual assault

She made all this up and got lucky by getting a liberal jury

And in Nov 2022 NY allowed people who were supposedly sexually assaulted to file civil lawsuits after the statute of limitations ran out. Interesting

The statute of limitations hadn’t run out but there was no evidence found that this happened so this gold digger filed a civil lawsuit and got a sympathetic jury

The year of the crime was in the 1990’s. The statute of limitations does not apply to the time when you report the crime, it’s determined by when the time the crime was committed.

The crime was not investigated by the authorities because it was committed in the 90’s and Ms. Carroll made the decision at the time not to report it, but in 2019 she decided to come forward with her accusations to expose Trump.

The newly passed law in New York allowed her to file a lawsuit against Trump and that is what she did.

She has evidence, it’s been tested, it’s male DNA and Trump refused to give his DNA sample.
