A former Navy reservist who the government said expressed admiration for Hitler, among other antisemitic views, was sentenced to four years in prison on Monday for his role in the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Prosecutors described Hatchet Speed as an avowed antisemite who posed an increasing threat to the public.

U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden agreed that Speed’s hateful motivations warranted a longer sentence beyond other rioters who were not accused of specific acts of violence in the Capitol assault.

Question, is that added four year sentence concurrent or consecutive? If it is consecutive, he will serve that fours years after he complete his first sentence?!!

It's a minor problem. Garcia was tossed out of the Army after less than 3 months. Democrats like Nordberg are claiming most of those serving are just like Garcia.

I'm offended by the gross lack of mental health care in our nation. Garcia was known to have problems yet nothing was done to help him until he committed suicide-by-cop...like most other mass murderers.

Nordberg and those who agree with him are no better than the Trumpers condemning all trans people as mass murderers.

I don’t agree with your perception of his post. He made no such claim that all or most are murderers or racist. He said a lot, which isn’t all or most.
