Robert F. Kennedy Jr. gains sizable chunk of Biden voters at presidential launch

Who cares? The reality is WE CAN DO BETTER.

This idea that I must vote for one of two total turd buckets because one is just a bit less full of sh*t is a false dichotomy. We need to demand better.
The best, most qualified candidates are unelectable.

Thank Gingrich.

We haven't really been interested in 'the best' candidates for quite some time. Especially at the state level.

Well. You cannot be part of the change if you are unwilling to change yourself. I, for one, refuse to vote for the slightly less full bucket of poop any longer.

He could only do that if he ran as an independent or something other than as a democrat. You can't steal Trump votes in a primary with only democrats in it.
Correct. He won't even get within 1000 miles of winning the primary.

Yep. Some vote third party and make a statement, and some just don't vote for POTUS at all.

Both are hawking books.

Not really, as Kennedy could do that (and has done that) WITHOUT trying to run for a nomination. Same with Nader, who already had national recognition for his pioneering work in consumer protection for America. IMHO, Kennedy does not have the chops that Nader did...but he's no slouch, either.

Taking 14% from a sitting pResident right out of the gate is a very big deal.

If that polling maintains until the elections next year, yes. But in any event, if Kennedy maintains his profile and position, then the Dem campaign may have to change it's narrative and maybe even (GASP!) it's agenda...likewise with the GOP. Like I said, this might interesting

What do you mean by chops? That Nader had a better chance of winning the Presidency?

Another book by Mr. Kennedy is due out in June, this time focusing on the controversy over the origins of the coronavirus. Titled “The Wuhan Cover-Up,” it claims that federal health officials “conspired with the Chinese military” to hide the pandemic’s origins — an assertion that appears to conflate experiments by the Chinese military at the Wuhan Institute of Virology with other work there funded by the U.S. government.

Seeing as I've come to agree with a group of doctors who no longer believe biological viruses exist at all, I simply can't believe this claim of his, at least in terms of an actual virus. I certainly believe there's a lot to look into in regards to the evidence for viruses themselves though.

I think it's a bit simpler than that- a lot of people are simply so naive that they actually trust the government's various pronouncements that the covid vaccines were "safe and effective", that masks worked to "prevent the spread" and that lockdowns were for their own good.

No, this is a failure to comprehend the Evil....the decay of Christianity has a lot to do with it, but so does the 70 year program to produce people who are ignorant cowards living in fear....what we now call the WOKE Revolution.

I'm pretty sure you know that I'm generally averse to buzzwords such as "woke". Trust in authority figures such as Anthony Fauci, on the other hand, is another matter entirely. I fully admit that when he started, I myself thought he was worthy of trust. I see things quite differently now, thanks in part to the work of people like Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who wrote a book on Anthony Fauci that I think is well worth the read:

The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health (Children’s Health Defense) | amazon.com

Rumor has it he may run as an Independent if he cant win the D primary. ;)

Dems think he's a whacky conspiracy theorist. They'll never vote for him. OTOH, MAGA morons just might since they're so naive and gullible. ;)

Thank for showing only Trump extremists support Kennedy.
