I don't know what race/ethnicity you are Archives, but I can tell you this. If the US continues being governed the way it is now, it will turn into a replica of South Africa, that is "The Democratic Republic of South Africa" Over 80% of the total population there are Black (Sub-Saharan Negros) while White Europeans make up about 8.8% i (these are mainly Afrikaners/Boers who are farmers working on family land that has been passed from generation -to- generation; there are also some White English who stayed after the end of Apartheid).
The average IQ in South Africa is 70 points. That is why South Africa is a failed State. It takes an average population IQ of about 90 points for a State to function as a civilized democracy. By "civilized democracy" I mean the kind of societies that exist today in the Anglosphere, Scandinavia and Western continental Europe. (With respect to the Anglosphere, I must point out that the State of California in America is now a failed state).
The Democratic Republic of South Africa is a total hell-Hole. Its government (the ANC) are profoundly corrupt, the electrical power grid can only provide 5 hours of electric power to each houshold/day; the stste rail/train system in non-functional, violent crime:murder, rape; assault, kidnapping is "through the roof", 50% of the republic lives below the poverty-line; the rate of unemployment is over 45%, state schools are like those in California, only far worse; educational standards really do not exist in any sense
at all, the Healt-care system is similarly dire and infections like HIV are endemic. The police force are corrupt and not trusted by the public. For years to date the White Afrikaner minority who farm the land have been the subject of shocking torture-murder outrages. These murders are perpetrated mainly as a result of the encouragement to "Kill the Boer" that is provided by certain Black political figures (who are both racists and seeking to expropriate the farming land held by the White Afrikaners), the other motive seems to be "simple" robbery (i.e. has no accompanying racist/political motivation). In any case, these murders all follow a pattern in that the victims are tortured (sometimes for hours) and then murdered, usually by gunshot; female victims are often raped as well. The particular details of these killings are so brutal and horrific I can not print them here.
As for those Whites who still live in South Africa but are not Afrikaaner farmers living on the land, I expect they would be based in the bigger cities like Johannesburg, Capetown and the like, and be wealthy enough the afford high-quality personal security and very well-secured housing; secure private schooling for their children and so on.
The great (and tragic) irony of the fall of Apartheid and the installation of Nelson Mandela as the new Democratic, Republic of South Africa's President is that over several years to date polls have indicated that many South African citizens believe that they were better off under the White Rule, that is, under the Apartheid Regime. I don't find this surprising at all. If you have a population of individuals with an average IQ of 70, they will be unable to competently self-regulate, or, if you like exercise effective self-control over their own affairs. Chaos will ensue, and the affair of this population will very quickly end up
"all over the place like a mad woman's shit". And this is what happened in post-apartheid South Africa. When the White Ruling class were in power (under Apartheid) they were able to govern effectively in terms of basic functions like: the construction/maintainance of infrastructure, making sure that utilities like electrical power, potable water supplies were satisfactory, providing satisfactory public. health-care. This was because the White Apartheid ruling class has a much higher average IQ than 70.
I know that the old system of Apartheid in South Africa is some that Liberals like you would say was a racist, evil regime. But under Apartheid, Black South Africans did not go to bed hungry every night; now, with Apartheid a distant memory, somewhere around 50% of Black South Africans
DO go to bed hungry every night. I am not trying to argue that Apartheid was a perfect or Angelic system, as everyone knows, it wasn't. The lesson I take from the history of South Africa is that you have a nation like South Africa or Zimbabwe or The Congo, where the average IQ of the native citizens is low - and 70 points or below
IS VERY LOW by Western standards, the the place will end up being a shocking Shit-hole, because if you have an average IQ of 70 points the population will not have the intelligence/Executive functioning capacities to competently self-regulate. What you will need is a governing body that has a high enough IQ to stop that society from degenerating into the state of a violent, drunken brothel on Friday night. Given the horrifying reality of South Africa (and indeed most other Sub-Saharan nations today), my suggestion would be to return to a system of Western Paternalism. To put it bluntly, this would mean installing a White (European) Governing body in these states to ensure that the people of the nation had basics like public transport, utilities, schooling/education and so on in place. It would mean countries like South Africa having to accept that they were not capable of self-rule, and that self-rule has, in fact, ended up a total fucking disaster..
It seems to me that none of the Sub-Saharan African nations would never accept any kind of Western Paternalism in the kind of form I have suggested above. If so, the response from the West should be that it has no responsibility to continue paying the "clean up" bills for the enormous "humanitarian messes" that states like yours continue to make. That we are offering to help, but if you refuse to accept our offer (that is made in good faith) then we are no longer willing to continue pouring our money down a bottomless well.
