American black culture views education as "going white" - remember, racism is stupid. No where is this more clear than in the racism in the black culture. Black culture opposes education while demanding that credentials be awarded that are not earned.



Africa is a third world shit hole. They do no worse than most of South America and the undeveloped parts of South East Asia. Poverty and poor nutrition result in stupid people.



The cultural aversion to education and knowledge are the reason for these results.

I . Given the horrifying reality of South Africa (and indeed most other Sub-Saharan nations today), my suggestion would be to return to a system of Western Paternalism. To put it bluntly, this would mean installing a White (European) Governing body in these states to ensure that the people of the nation had basics like public transport, utilities, schooling/education and so on in place.

Hell with that. The answer to africa is to have nothing to do with it.
