People have gotten lost since the beginning of time. That's not the issue here. Of course people should be attentive to their surroundings - but opening the wrong car, pulling up the wrong driveway or ringing the wrong doorbell should NOT be a life or death matter.

I know you spend your day hunting for these types of stories and it might be interesting to follow up with all the destruction these carjackers have caused and the impact on everyone's insurance, but that will not fit your narrative. This can all be mitigated with judges that ignore plea deals and throw some hard time on these little assholes so we all can shop without having to wonder if some thug isn't going to steal our belongings.

Just for the record, I do not drive anywhere ever without a firearm carried AIWB and my doors locked.

This is a fundamental problem with the modern left. "Opening the wrong car, pulling up the wrong driveway or ringing the wrong doorbell should NOT be a life or death matter" pffft! Why the hell should it NOT be a life-or-death matter? Fact is, sometimes it IS a “life or death” situation, and what’s wrong with being prepared for that contingency?

All that being said, those 4 young ladies were too young to legally have anything to aid in their own self protection, not even their own instincts evidently.

If you want to talk about what SHOULD have happened, when she jumped in that car, she should have said something in the way of an apology the split second she realized her mistake, THEN she should have exited the car. And regardless of her actions, that piece of shit with the gun SHOULD have just smiled and said to himself “a pretty girl in a cheerleader outfit just jumped in my car. Wait until I tell the guys at work”. Instead, he gets out of his car, draws a gun, and fires into a car full of freaking cheerleaders. He SHOULD have that gun shoved up his ass, and he SHOULD spend a few decades in prison.

In the meantime, people like you SHOULD start looking at the world as it is and disregard how you think it should be.
