Here's the logic for ESG corporations and fascism.

Diversity and fascism are absolute opposites. Fascism is against diversity.

Corporations aspiring to govern is intrinsically fascist.

It is corporate governance. Corporations have governing rules, which is not "intrinsically fascist." In fact, trying to get stockholders the right to give their input into governance is the opposite of fascist.

They are supposed to have fair elections, which is where corporate governance comes in. When reasonable corporate governance is blocked, it is against ESG, but for fascism.

Corporations, like people, behave for their own best interests.

The claim used to be that corporations act in their stockholders best interest. Now they act in "their" own best interest, rather than their stockholders best interest. So if a corporation realizes it is no longer profitable, it was supposed to return its money to its stockholders, and let them do with the money what they will. Now the zombie corporation is supposed to steal as much money for the management as they can.

It is a disgrace.
