Thanks for the FBI link from 2016. My experience is that the stats tend to stay similar as long as the same conditions exist. This is why certain stats, like domestic abuse, spiked during COVID. You blame genes with a little bit of culture. I blame economic conditions and culture since, genetically, human beings are nearly identical.

Do you have a link for Chicago? Do you think it's a wild guess to presume most of those murders are gang-related? That the #1 cause of death for young black males is other black males? Would you be surprised to find most are lower-income, HS or less education
