No one likes job cuts, but we need job cuts to reduce inflation. We are quite lucky that we have so many unfilled jobs that we can lose job positions, and still have more people in jobs. Biden is dealing with the problems that exist, unlike trump would.
Again, this is one of those is perfect, but it could be a lot worse.
Maybe, but not definitely. We are dealing with inflation, and only maybe in a recession, which is a minor miracle in and of itself. If we are in a recession, it is so minor that it just a maybe.
The normal way we reduce inflation is by cutting back on economic growth, especially jobs. Adults understand that... so I can understand why it is so alien to the alt right.
Wage growth pushes up inflation, so that is not entirely bad news. And the short fall in wage growth is mostly more people joining the workforce and taking part time, or lower paying jobs.
Getting rid of inflation is painful, but this is the least amount of pain anyone can imagine. Making this sound like the Great Depression is just silly.

That is not the "total number of Americans employed", but rather the full time employed. You are attempted compare full time employed to total employed, but full time employed will always be less.

And right now there are 160.892 million employed, that is more than back then. There are also more full time employed than back then.
All we have to do is walk about and we know your claims that there are 20 million fewer people employed is a lie.

I gave the BLS stats, and there are more people employed now than ever before.
You are misrepresenting the stats for full time employees, as total employees, and then comparing them to total employee. You have done this more than a dozen times, so it is hard to call it a mistake. It is an intentional lie.
Still says 160.892 million employed. A few days ago, it said 160.315 million employed, but we got the March numbers. Where I come from 160 is bigger than 158.

You have no idea what the Dems think. Job growth has been deliberately slowed down to fight inflation. That is the only tool that treasury will use to lower inflation.
This is not the best of times, but it is certainly not worse than the Great Depression. We might be in a recession, but that is only a 50/50 chance, and it would be the mildest recession ever. Republicans have gone crazy.
