are you sure that you should give hints?......maybe Trump's lawyers have never been to court before........they might not have thought of that.....
oh wait,
Very few actually do file such a motion.

oh wait,
Yes there are deadlines, but they are way past the day of the election.
where, cuntselor?......where is the statute that 175.10 requires be present?......
you know.....THIS ONE!
Bragg hasn't named the crime Trump tried to conceal. Without that Bragg has nada, nothing, zip point shit.
When required it will be shared. Until then relax, it’s not required to be shared yet.
At this stage of the proceeding Bragg is under no obligation to present that part of his case.
Lol. Actually, according to the Constitution, it is required. Not that libs are ever bothered by such things.
if you are really a lawyer you know it will be required long before a trial.....you'll find that out when an appeals court requires it......
he's lucky since he doesn't know what it is yet.....
you better have more than "good lawyering" to charge a former president. this just adds to the banana republic claims
hahahaha
Surely you cannot be this stupid. This idea that 'if Bragg won't tell me... then he has nothing' as he follows the law that DOES NOT require he tell us but does require he have the underlying crime is just so laughably dumb. Trump derp level dumb.
Will you bet on this? Ave and signature bet. Your position being BRagg wil never disclose the underlying crime as he does not have one and mine being he will disclose, as per NYS law when it is required?
Are we on? Lets do a 6 month bet.
What is required? What part of the Constitution are you talking about?
It is required that someone know what they are being charged with, but that is in the indictment.
It's clear you have no idea what you're talking about. How can the accused prepare a defense if they have no idea what the underlying crime is? Get fucking real dummy.
Oh, so Bragg can use the old 'Double Secret Probation' trick hum? That's the one where he doesn't have to reveal the crime you did, you just get tried and convicted for it anyway... Yea, that'll work...

I can't think of any other way to file it either.I don't know how else you would file a payment for an NDA document ... other than as a legal fee. What category do you think it should be filed under?
Nope. It is completely legal for Trump to contribute any amount without limit to his own campaign. Beyond a certain amount, he can no longer use government provided campaign funds (which he didn't anyway). It is more than likely that the "underlying crime" was breaking federal campaign finance law.
Another valid point that is often overlooked by Bragg and these other twits. How the heck can a payment AFTER the election be considered a 'campaign contribution'???? Apparently that doesn't matter to Bragg or any of these other twits.Which is very odd given that Trump was elected in 2016, but the payments were made in 2017 ... after the election was over.
Since his company logged them, and they were paid to Cohen, I can't see how they were 'falsified'."The new indictment alleges that between Feb. 14, 2017 and Dec. 5, 2017, Trump falsified records of invoices paid to Cohen."
What's the other crime?
It might be required if the defense attorneys ask for a bill of particulars.
