I strongly suspect that this is the main problem we've been having. It looks like at the present time, the U.S. government considers a sexual interaction where at least one party is under the age of consent to be statutory rape, which in turn is a form of rape. I see that you agreed with statutory rape being a form of rape in post 305 :-).
