That is not true. They showed him blasting through the door at the head of a crowd many times on TV. Tucker in O'keefing the videos that McCarthy gave him. We knew that is what they were for. We also knew you guys could convince yourselves that Tucker would tell the truth, even though he had admitted lying to you Trumpys over and over since Trump emerged from the swamp.

His best bet is filing on ineffective council. That is, his lawyer was denied access to exculpatory evidence that would destroy the prosecution's case and therefore the trial was a sham and should be tossed out entirely. If it was sufficiently egregious, the case should be tossed with prejudice meaning it can't be retried.
