All I did was ask if it's really a rape and provided a definition for it. Why are you so upset about that? And how is providing the definition excusing child abuse?

As I have already said, it revolves around on the legality of consent. In this case, there was no forcible penetration, threat or forcing it against the boy's will. Therefore it's called "statutory rape". If it was an actual rape, she'd be serving 20 to life.
