The term "Woke" has now become meaningless because it has been used by the left in so many different political contexts.
Being "Woke", I think, started off meaning you were hip to the provisions for radical, racial equity/racial justice that the Biden Junta issued in an Executive Order that was ratified on literally the first day of its term. Biden hastily signed the EO, but I would wager good money that he did not have the faintest clue (and couldn't haven a hairy rat's ass in any case) what the term "racial equity" meant.
The term "Woke" soon started to carry an implicit anti-White/anti-Conservative-Republican message. If you were "Woke" then you were a person who believed that America's: White (European), patriarchal, Western culture, its capitalist economy, and ,in particular, its White, Republican-voting males, were all "bad - bad -bad" to the core (!!) and had to be "dethroned".
When CRT appeared on the political scene in the US, it was put under the "Woke" umbrella too. CRT boils down to a kind of racist Marxism. It is a Black supremacist movement, that explicitly condemns White Europeans and their culture. It teaches kids basically that if an American has white skin (on account their North-Western European , e.g. English, heritage), they are morally bad human beings. It also teaches youth that America (the republic that was declared in 1776) is a wicked, racist nation, that must be "fundamentally transformed" as Obama famously put it).
So a lot of the "Woke" movement is/was to do with issues of race - especially, the idea that ALL White, straight, Western Americans (in particular, males !) are INNATELY oppressive, wicked racists and need to hang their heads in shame for their country's history of Black slavery, the Klan, Jim Crow and so on.. Also, for the fact that even though overt manifestations of White racism ,like "Redlining" and the KKK, no longer exist, Black (and Brown) peoples in America continue to suffer discrimination and exploitation due to the covert operation of systemic/structural White racism throughout ALLof the nation's major social, legal, financial and cultural institutions.
So being "Woke" means (in part) you fully agree that Whites in America must now understand, and repent for, their essential immorality and worthlessness. They - the true "Wokesters" - affirm that White (European) Americans are - and have always been - "hard-wired" as cruel despots; as callous, brutal, vile, dishonorable, unjust, "bad-to-the bone", TOTAL ASS-HOLES. The "Woke" believe that White Americans must repent and atone for their sins , and the "sins of their fathers". Whites must now acknowledge the enormity of their guilt. They must now "bow- the - knee", "tug the forelock" and, generally-speaking, grovel before - and humbly defer to - the ukases of their morally-superior, Black countrymen. The American Whiteman must, for example, now deliver reparative justice for the current generation of Black Americans; those who are the hereditary descendants of former slaves (who were held by White Europeans in America during the 17th, 18th centuries, and at least until chattel slavery was prohibited by, Abraham Lincoln, in the September of 1863).
"Woke" can also mean being supporting the oraganization and activation of IDENTITY POLITICS. In America, the "Woke" "movement" endorses Black identity GROUPS like BLM Inc; also, the minority groups represented under the acronym, LGBTQI+; "the disabled" are another example, as are "women". Note, that all of these groups are understood to be disadvantaged or discriminated against minorities (with the exception of women) who lack political privilege and power. Because of this,they have no way to secure fair treatment in American society (what the Woke refer to "social justice", which does not mean the same thing as "justice" (the blind-folded Lady)
"Woke" can also refer to the transgender movement and transgender ideology. If you are "Woke", you reject the gender binary of man (as a biological male) and woman (as a biological female). Instead, you believe that an individual'sgender (i.e. the extent to which they identify as being "masculine" and/or "feminine" is inherently "fluid." The bottom line is that if you are, say, 18 - years - old and look like a teenage Bridget Bardot (i.e. you have a soft, slightly high-pitched voice you have, nice pair of titties, a "vajay-jay"/"Hoo-Har", a slim, hour-glass figure, soft, long blonde hair AND all the young men at college keep annoying you - because, basically, they want to- ahem- ***k you) then according to the "Woke" doctrine of gender fluidity, by the time you are 21 you could discover that you are in fact a male (seriously). If you are really a male, and let's suppose you feel like a macho one , say "Dirty Harry" or John Wayne, then looking like Bridget Bardot is going to to cause yo tremendous existential grief. Right? And experiencing chronic grief and distress will ultimately make you feel extremely depressed/sorrowful, etc - or to use the technical term from psychiatry, you will begin to suffer a mental disorder called "Gender Dysphoria" If you are determined to cure your gender dysphoria, then then you will be prescribed high doses of male hormones like testosterone (or if you have not reached puberty yet, you will get prescriptions for "puberty blockers" before this), the final stage of the treatment is surgery. You will go to a specialist surgeon who cuts your tits off; cuts bits and pieces off your "Hoo-Har" and kind of turns a few things"inside out" until he has managed to create a penis for you. You also have a faux scrotum constructed (containing a pair of "balls", of course), and in follow-up surgical session, the specialist will do things like sculpt the bone of your face to make you appear more masculine (this often involved making the lower jaw appear more angular, robust and pronounced). In sum, if you can afford all of the plastic surgey, the surgeon will try to give the type of facial features that Arnold Schwarzenegger had when he was starring in "Terminator 1". Note, I said, the "type" of physical, facial features that "Big Arnold" had- not literally the same. (Arnold Schwarzenegger is a paradigm example of the idealized, White, Western, male aesthetic.
So if you seriously and sincerely accept the doctrine of gender fluidity, I just sketched above, that is how, - (to paraphrase Ray Davis) - [I}"Girls will be Boys, and Boys will be Girls" [/I] but that DOESN'T mean, "It's a mixed-up, muddled up shook-up world." , then you are a "Woke" individual.
A "Wokester" can also be a person who holds extreme political views "Green" issues like "climate change." For example, two members of the current Congress, AOC and "Elizabeth Warren" (Pocahontas), were recently members of a kind of evironmental 'dooms-day cult" AOC no doubt terrified a portion of the American public by repeatedly insisting that unless radical, transformational policies where implemented NOW to decrease world carbon emissions and remediate global warming that we would all be annihilated - i.e; - TOAST - in 12 years. "Pocahontas" agreed (Elizabeth Warren actually takes great pride in announcing that she is "Woke". I mean when reporters ask her, "Are you "Woke" "? Warren "flaps her wings" with enthusiasm and shouts, "YES, I'M WOKE ! YAAAAY - YAAAAY !!
Joe Biden is a major "Wokester". On the 16th of February (i.e. last month) he signed an Executive Order that was one of the most extreme policy fiats to have been issued by the Biden Junta since it seized power on 21st January 2021 (and that's saying something. Right. BTW, I am not a fool. I know that Joe Biden is merely a figurehead President and official rubber stamp for the leadership of current Democrat Junta in Washington. BTW, if you would like a quick educated guess re who I think is running the United States at present, I would say that person is Barack Obama, and I believe he is using Susan Rice to operationalise a large chuck of the federal government see policy he wants to implemented. Rice has to be a major player; after all, she has been one of Obama's closest confidantes for many years, she thinks the sun shines out of his butt. I think that's very interesting interesting, because since 2021 she has been the Director of the US Domestic Policy Council and Chief Policy Advisor to the Biden Junta.This means that Rice has a TREMENDOUS amount of political power. She has the kind of clout that enables her to personally direct the formulation and implementation of the Junta's ENTIRE domestic policy agenda. An agenda that stretches from Economic Mobilisation and Racial Equity to Health Care and Immigration and beyond.

Obama means that, he would like a Third Term as President if, for instance, while he was relaxing in his mansion on Martha's Vineyard (waiting for Lady Ga Ga to arrive for tea and scone), he could pick up an iPhone and call his trusty 2-I-C in the White House to advise him or her what he would like done in terms of policy and policy implementation; then put down the phone and carry on enjoying himself.IT MIGHT WORK SOMETHING LIKE THIS....

SO, GETTING BACK TO THE OP - WHAT'S WOKE?
The term "Woke" refers to a rag-bag of radical Left-Progressive policies and movements that have flourished under the Biden Junta These policies and movements, however, didn't begin in January, 2021, they've existed in the US political domain for decades, arguably since the late 1960's; it's just that they weren't labelled "Woke" until relatively recently. The whole idea of "Woke" politics does have a strong association with the issue of racial equity and racial justice. During Obama's Presidency , for example, a lot of effort was put into promoting Black Identity (group) politics. Obama pretty much created the BLM movement, in particular organisations like BLM Inc. BLM Inc., in turn, orchestrated the rise of recent movements like "Defund the Police"They also pushed and continue to push the case for large cash reparations to be make for African-American descendants of former American slaves. So, if you support the idea of defunding the police, and reparations, then you are Woke. Since the Biden Junta seized power the racial component of "Woke" politics has been amplified and become increasingly radical and extreme. The Junta now actively demonises the native White (European) population of America as a whole. Support for the fundamental tenets of CRT, which is a form of anti-White, Black (and coloured) racism was reanimated via Executive Order on Biden's first day in office. CRT adopts the euphemism of "Diversity, Equity and Inclusiveness" to smuggle itself into the curricula of K-12 public schooling. Likewise the celebrated "1619 Project" by Pulitzer Prize" winning journalist, Nicole Hannah-Jones. The "1619 Project is an anti-White, anti-American explicitly RACIST, revisionist "history" of America which has been exposed as utter garbage by some of America's most eminent and authoritative historical scholars. Despite this (and the fact Nicole-Jones is a Black racist who has admitted villifing to White Americans as (quote): "BLOOD-SUCKERS" and "BLUE-EYED DEVILS" (seriously) the "1619 Project" has been pumped into the curricula of American public schools (by the New York Times (an arm of the Junta's propaganda wing as well as the largest teacher unions in the US, including: the NEA and the FTA; both of whom promote frankly leftist political ideology and are tightly affiliated with the Democratic Party. The rhetoric from Biden's White House also speaks clearly for itself here; Biden has already publicly denounced (White) American conservatives - in particular Trump supporters - as representing the greatest threat to America's national security because they are ALL latent (though primed) "domestic terrorists."The most fightening manifestaton of the racial aspect of Wokism, however, was quiety issued on the 16th of Feruary this year. It came in the form of a Junta Executive Order - EO 14091. You probably don't know anything about it because there was no official ceremony accompanying its ratification, there was no media coverage relating to this EO WHATSOEVER, and it was conveniently signed on the day before a long-end. This EO was simply posted on the Official White House Website - the public were not informed. This EO mostly addressed the issue of racial e - in America today, this means REDISTRIBUTING wealth, specifically taking money off White Americans (who are unduly privileged and wealthy) -- to give to racial minority groups and other disadvantaged/discriminated against groups of people who have been oppressed and exploited by the White Americans and their systemically racist institutions. In sum, this EO is good news for you if you are a member of any "Black or Brown" minority group that is deemed - according to the notion of SOCIAL JUSTICE - to be deserving of more equitable treatment. Apart from racial minorities, persons who identify as "disabled" or as "women" or as "LGBTQI+" will also be beneficiaries of equitable largesse under the current JUNTA. THERE IS ON GROUP, THOUGH- WHO ARE CONSPICUOUS BY THEIR ABSENCE in the provisions of this latest Junta EO, namely: the GROUP OF STRAIGHT, WHITE MALES. Their unstated role in all of this is to PAY FOR THE COSTS OF DELIVERING THE COUNTLESS PROJECTS, PROGRAMS, BENEFITS AND CASH HAND-OUTS THAT WILL BE NEEDED MAKE GENUINE EQUITY IN THE USA A REALITY. So what, exactly, does this latest EO mean by "EQUITY?" Well, as Kamala Harris eloquently puts it: "EQUITY MEANS THAT EVERYONE ENDS UP AT THE SAME PLACE."
They put this idea into practice in the great communist states of the 20th century (Chairman Mao, Ho Chi Minh, Lenin, Stalin, Fidel Castro, Pol Pot, Hugo Chavez and Co.) And what's more, I ("Dachshund"), have personally witnessed the results first-hand. This was during my many visits to communist East Germany (the DDR, 1949-1989) in the 1980's before the fall of the hated "Berlin Wall". I can tell you for a fact that with respect to universal equity, East Berlin was not a happy place. Indeed, it was so unhappy that the government were forced to employ the largest secret police force in history - the STASI - in order to prevent the whole place from erupting in violent revolution. The job of the STASI was to spy on the people, and: "cancel"; blackmail; torture; imprison or execute, anyone they identified who was critical the regime or who failed to comply, in any way, with the communist government's rules. The STASI were everywhere: they eavesdropped on your telephone conversations, the lurked in coffee shops; in cafes and grocery stores, in parks in workplaces, in sports clubs, in every meeting of a citizen's association, they secretly placed surveillance devices in people's homes and cars, they even paid children to inform on their parents and other family relatives, they went undercover as teachers in schools to make sure the Party line was being toed, they listened to make sure that you weren't playing "Rolling Stones" or Bob Dylan albums in your bedroom. This is what happens when you make sure that "EVERYONE ENDS UP AT THE SAME PLACE". In short, the DDR was certainly an equitable society - equitable in that everyone's life was equally shitty.

In response to the OP, I would say that the term "Woke" is really meaningless today. It vaguely refers to a jumble of - in my opinion - different radical essentially Marxist political policies and movements. First and foremost is probably "racial equity" in its various form of shit like: CRT; poison like Nicole Hannah-Jone's racist history of America - the "1619 Project", Ibrim X Kendi's creed of so-called "anti-racism", the staunch advocacy of "DIE" policy/mandatory workplace indoctrination sessions, etc; zealous members of the "Defund the Police" movement (a "spin-off" from the Marxist BLM Inc. organisation); the bogus conception that White systemic/structural racism is a pernicious reality , the extolling of the case for providing massive, cash reparations in respect of historic, Black slavery in the United States.If you are sincerely "on-board" with stuff like this, then you are "Woke"
If you are a genuine, "hard-core" feminist/ or hold extreme views regarding Women's Rights, for instance, you believe that unrestricted, unconditional access to abortion on demand is every woman's right - that partial-birth abortion, that late-stage, medical termination of pregnancy or "abortion" in the form of infanticide is totally justified, because it is YOUR RIGHT AS aAWOMAN (!) then you are "WOKE."
IF you believe students in public, K-12 schools should be taught transgender ideology; if you believe that school children should exposed to instruction that aims to normalise deviant (LGBTQI+) sexuality, if you think, as a parent, that having your kids attend "Drag Queen Story Hour" is is a fantastic, progressive idea. If you think that 10 - year-olds should not require parental consent to undergo chemical and surgical sex-transitioning treatments/operations, then you are "WOKE."
If you believe you are supremely, politically enlightened and that you know exactly what central government ("social engineering") policies are needed to rid American society of all its ills - then you are "Woke."
If you think that AOC's "Green New Deal" proposition must be implemented as an urgent federal government priority because if it's not the world will surely end in the foreseeable future, you are "WOKE.". If "farting cows" send a chill o' terror down your spine, and you believe the EPA must be empowered stop this potentially catastrophic flatulence asap at any cost - then you are "WOKE" If you think that "Quarter-Pounders" and the internal combustion engine have now placed us "One the Eve of Destruction" - then you are "WOKE.".
If you are are a conviction communist or a Marxist- type socialist of any kind or colour, if you believe these political ideologies can set us on a sure path to utopia, then you are "WOKE."
If you support the mission of unhinged individuals like (former) San Francisco DA, Chesa Boudin, or the incumbent, Chicago DA, Kim Foxx; namely, to radically reform the CJS by emptying prisons, then you are "WOKE."
