It is used to degrade insult and demean a person of color just like mongrel is used to insult degrade and demean a person of color. And YOU should call it out when you see it. I have called out racist on this site several times and YOU should do the same regardless of their political persuasion.

Trump has none. he does not care about those people, even a little bit. He rescinded the regulations that would fix train breaks and the handling of hazardous chemicals. But Trump has been blase about humans dying his entire public life. He sees political profit, assuming he can show up without saying really stupid things. That will be a huge challenge for him.
