There are plenty of members who ' give as good as they get ' without resorting to the cowardly filth, smears, potty-mouthing and misogyny leveled at them by the likes of Serendipstick. Some of the cross-talk is banter, some of it is juvenile trumpeting, some of it is cowardly goading - but some of it is sicko malice. That's the Internet, a cross-section of humanity - but I'd rather that the sickos are allowed to identify themselves than having them silenced and festering in the dark. Censorship is self-defeating.

One has got to love GOP leaders, who's DEREGULATION POLICIES spearhead the trauma this nation goes through periodically over the years, from bank failures to EPA failures.....they show up and whine before the public, blaming Democrats, when they themselves helped create the chaos. Trump made the deal w/ the Taliban. Trump shut the Afghan gov't out at the Taliban's demand - weakening them & causing them to fall much more quickly than anticipated.

We ended a war in an unstable, war-torn country with minimal casualties. It's tragic that anyone died - but it was a war. I didn't hear conservatives lament the thousands of Americans who died in the wars that a Republican President started 20 years ago.

Oh, gosh - the pullout from a war-torn, completely unstable country, where we had a presence for close to 20 years, and where the Afghan gov't collapsed very quickly due to the deal that Biden's predecessor had made w/ the Taliban - wasn't perfect and neat? We weren't able to evacuate everyone in single file, slowly and methodically? Maybe they could have set up a band, with a buffet & refreshments for everyone too?
