In this case, the family kept a detailed record of the transaction and had reasonable grounds to sue. This isn't the case with most land transfers that happened a century or more ago.
Does not matter to me....We cant go back and fix what we believe were the errors our ancestors made without in the end causing more problems than we solve....without moving ourselves in reverse.....this is the nature of reality.
What we suffer from currently is too much UTOPIAN thinking, too much faith in this project of perfecting man.
