I'm sure the teachers are terrible but the problem is still with the black kids who don't have the intelligence to learn and don't even want to learn. They plan on living lives of crime and welfare just like all the black adults they know.

What do you mean "next". Negroz have been getting reparations for 50 years in the form of welfare and affirmative action. And it hasn't done a bit of good. They just keep falling further behind. Blacks can never become useful americans and belong in africa.

Sure, family life and background have a major role in that, but it doesn't help to have schools that socially promote failure, won't even try to place kids in classes by ability, etc. The public school system has a role in this failure too.

Why would I live in that shit hole. I visited there once and the Russian waitress stole my credit card number and tried to charge 6K of computer parts on my credit card.
