We'll be told the schools failed the kids but of course that's not it. The kids are black and have an average IQ in the 60s. They belong in africa.

feb 9 2023 The Maryland State Department of Education recently released Baltimore students' 2022 test results, which revealed that 93% of third- through eighth-graders tested below their grade level in math, WBFF-TV reported. After analyzing the results, the local news outlet found 23 city schools where not a single student tested proficient in math.

The nearly two dozen schools with abysmal test scores included 10 high schools, eight elementary schools, three middle and high schools, and two elementary and middle schools. In total, 2,000 students at those learning institutions took the math assessment, and zero scored at grade level.

WBFF also revealed that another 20 Baltimore City Schools had just one or two students with grade-level math scores. The district comprises a total of 150 schools.

The city of Baltimore's Maryland Comprehensive Assessment Program test results were the lowest in the state. Only 7% of third- through eighth-grade students scored proficient in math. In addition, less than 15% of students in four additional Maryland cities scored proficient.

It is not the fault of our elected officials. Blacks are just plain mentally inferior and the evidence is overwhelming.

1. Black-americans come in last in all standardized tests. Asian-americans do fine on all the tests so it's not due to cultural bias in the tests.

2. Africa is by far the poorest and most backward continent on the planet. All of black africa is now controlled by blacks and has been for decades so it's not due to racism.

3. No black has ever won a Science Nobel Prize unless you count one in 1979 for the semi-science of economics. They have won many nobels in non-brain fields like Peace and also in Literature so it is not due to racism.

4. Out of 1725 chess grandmasters in the world, only THREE are black.

They don't deserve it if they aren't teaching the kids shit to begin with, which apparently they aren't. In any NORMAL business, you get bonuses and raises for success, not failure. That should be how it is in education too.

then no moderation of any kind should be imposed.
