That isn't the governor's to fix. That is a matter for utility companies to fix, and it will take years if not decades to accomplish. Much of the reason that it will take so long can be laid at the feet of federal government and bad Leftist inspired policies.

For example, just getting an environmental impact assessment done and approved could take a decade. Putting in a new transmission line requires one.
