It is likely that the money and time involved in making significant changes along with the politics and such have pushed doing anything out into the far future. It used to be major projects in America could be done quickly and fairly cheaply. That's no longer the case. There is no way whatsoever, something like the Big Inch pipeline could be built today.

The wall is defective, and has been breached over 4000 times to date. A ladder will get you over, or a basic power saw will cut through. It was poorly designed and poorly built, another trump triumph. Yet idiots like you still want that wall built- tax payer money for a total boondoggle.
