“Three weeks and 39 mass shootings. This is America in 2023”

The data you provided suggests this is a lie

Nope.

Because if that criminal isn't using the gun he stole from your car in a crime, he's selling it on the street or in an underground market to someone who will.

Unless...you believe guns appear in places by magic.

Do...do you think that?

TD is a bitter old man who hates his life. Is there any doubt he's as nasty in person as he is on JPP?

It's a vicious cycle where he generates disgust in people resulting in them avoiding him and he's bitter about being avoided. When he dies, I'm certain a lot of people will say "Good riddance".

When he dies no one will say anything because no one will care.

I disagree with your take on this. People are going to fuck themselves up on ILLEGAL drugs. The least we can do is attempts to stop them from even getting here.

On educating, we are in total agreement there.

And the States do. THEY are authorized to do something about this. The federal government has NO authorization here.
But it simply comes down to this:
If people insist on fucking themselves up on drugs, there is really nothing anyone can to do stop it.

The real solution is to show people to enjoy life and become productive, and educate people on the effects of these drugs (and I don't mean tripe like Reefer Madness either).
Take away the desire for drugs, and the market dries up.

All you really do by banning any drug is to fund organized crime. Remember the disaster of passing an amendment to ban alcohol?

Ok, so if people are the problem, not guns, then why do you want to give the problem guns?

Are you fucking stupid? That's the only explanation that makes any sense.

Word stuffing. Bigotry. Hoplophobia. Discard of the Constitution of the United States and all State constitutions.

If you put half the effort into due diligence that you put into coming up with excuses, you probably wouldn't need to come up with so many excuses anymore.

Automobiles are used for transportation. They were not designed to kill. Guns are making America into a shooting gallery. We are nearing 50,000 gun deaths per year. Gun deaths are the leading cause of children's deaths. https://www.kff.org/global-health-p...earm-mortality-in-the-u-s-and-peer-countries/

So gangs cause deaths by guns.
Yet Democrats do nothing about the gangs.

How lame. The old 'For the Children' argument. You don't give a damn about children. They are just a pawn to you.

We don't "give" anyone guns.
Democrats do. They give guns to some of their mass shooters. Then they get so stupid as to try to claim that a high school kid can afford to buy an AR-15. They arrange the gun crime, then use that to try to justify taking away guns.
Remember Waco. Remember Uvalde. Remember Ruby Ridge. All contrived 'gun crimes'. The real criminal and murderer here is the federal government in each of these cases.
They have to buy them after filling out a very intrusive questionnaire that checks their backgrounds.
Itself unconstitutional. These records are being used to build a database of gun owners. FOR WHAT PURPOSE??
These are only effective with law abiding citizens,
So an unconstitutional law is only effective with law abiding citizens...see the problem here?
the predominate portion of the gun owning public.
This particular fact is something that gun control idiots can get their head wrapped around.
For the tiny minority of lunatics out there, nearly every one of them got their guns through illegal methods.
What, theft?? No. Most were obtained by gift (usually from their parents).
If theft is involved, it's usually from their parents. A bit like stealing the car and killing people with it. In several cases, the guns were gifted by some agent from the Democrat party. Sorry, but a high school kid generally can't afford an AR-15.
If laws actually prevented crimes, why do we have so many crimes being committed?
Could it be that criminals don't care about laws and therefore, break them? THINK before you emote!
I already know what the canned response to this is going to be, and it's the same compositional error fallacy and strawman fallacy. Why have laws at all? This is one of the most common chants of the gun control crowd.
Projection. This from a small brained, triggered leftist liar who seldom exhibits any capability of thinking. Now answer my questions and THINK about your answers before making yourself look more retarded.
Chanting doesn't require thinking, and it's a cheap way for them to feel more important than they really are.

So what is intrusive about the federal background check?

Can you calm down enough to answer, or are you going to deflect and bow out because there's no way for you to prove those background checks are intrusive without sounding guilty of something?

fuck off. if you don't understand what the 4473 form asks for and what the background check entails, you have no business criticizing it's effectiveness

I've been asking you for several posts now about HOW those background checks are intrusive and you're doing everything BUT answering what I've asked.

So I have to ask again, what is so intrusive about the current background check system?

You keep telling me it's this major intrusion but you don't say HOW.

Don't screech...calm down and answer.
