scenario 1: unvaxxed person dies of a heart condition while having COVID = COVID killed them

No. Excess deaths actually far exceeded the number of Covid deaths reported. It is very likely Covid deaths are underreported. Scenario 2 is a lie, a fabrication, something you just made up.
 
Why have the fucking anti-vaxxers continued to live long enough to be continually annoying?

So, I'm curious, how do Democrats accomplish this neat trick? Do they station people in every hospital and demand that they are allowed to approve the cause of death for everyone? Do the doctors just go along with it? How come you don't post some white nationalist traitors like yourself at hospitals, maybe you can bring a gun and demand at gunpoint that they don't allow Covid to be listed as a cause of death. Interesting link for debunking Rightwing paranoia that Covid vaccine is causing a rise in pericarditis and Myocarditis disease. The reporter does not say she was vaxxed at all for Covid, let alone "fully vaxxed", and her medical commentator says there is no link suggesting a connection between Covid vaccines and these diseases.
