No, my immediate solutions would be:
Make it illegal in every state for anyone here illegally to obtain an ID / Driver's license.
Make it illegal nationwide for anyone here illegally to enter into a contract--eg., get a loan, buy a home, buy land, buy a car, etc.
Make it illegal in every state for someone here illegally to make international money wire transfers.
When an illegal is arrested all physical property they possess in the US is confiscated on the basis of it being ill-gotten gains from a criminal enterprise.
Start prosecuting employers that hire illegals to the full extent of the law
Make it illegal for anyone here illegally to obtain a job.
For those that arrive on the border claiming asylum, have them fill out the forms and tell them to go back to Mexico or somewhere else and wait for a decision, they aren't coming in.
Anyone arrested at the border for illegal entry is jailed until trial, and if found guilty, then deported.
Ban as illegal all "sanctuary" locations, states, cities, whatever.
That'd be a good start. Most illegals here would self-deport if those were the case in the US.
