When you use a drug in a manner that it is not legally prescribed for it is drug abuse. Griner used Hashish in a manner it was not prescribe for.


Taking prescription drugs in a way that hasn't been recommended by a doctor can be more dangerous than people think. In fact, it's drug abuse. And it's illegal, just like taking street drugs.

No, he was not. He was taken into custody in Thailand on March 6th, 2008, and extradition to the USA on November 16th, 2010. That is about 2.5 years, not 10 years.

Overall, Bout served almost 15 years of his 25 year sentence, so about 60%. It is less than everyone wanted, but it is not insignificant part of his sentence.

No he has served 10 of his 25 years that he received in 2012.. On 5 April 2012, he was sentenced to 25 years in prison

I never said they weren't legally prescribed. They were illegally used. It is against the law to take legally prescribed hashish across the state border. It's drug abuse to take a drug in a manner that the drug was not intended to be used. No Doctor can not prescribe hashish in Az for use out of the state because that is illegal to do.
