Thats a lot of people who you have to pay which inflates the price of the final product. Whereas the slave owner in Africa could be more careless as they can just raid the next tribe over if they needed to restock their inventory. Half the value add chain didnt exist for them lowering the price of the final product.

And so again just purely based on treatment it was far better to be a slave to a whitey in teh US than to a tribal black kang in Africa.
Edit: Let me just go further. The blacks in Africa who were taken as slaves should be thanking the caucasian God that they ended up as slaves in America as the other range of outcomes was far worse.

Again, there was NO guarantee that their lives would be better off in America. There are plenty of examples of cruelty.
You can always find invidual exemptions of dumb whiteys who dont understand economics and behaved like the nigger kangs in Africa but as a whole it would be far preferable to be a slave in the US than in the dark continent.
