I've been in the witness chair several times doing expert testimony. No this isn't a civil case, but it isn't a criminal case either. Civil cases are decided on "preponderance of evidence", while criminal cases are decided based on the much higher standard of "beyond reasonable doubt". Surely you're not suggesting that a simple on-line debate be decided on a more stringent standard than a civil case. :rofl2:
