Democrats Stole Another Election

Child abuse.

Wrong. The legislation specifically says that accusations can only be satisfied by the inspections.

DNA, birth certificate...none of that shit is in the bill.

But you know what is in the bill? Genital inspections.

So why are genital inspections in the bill but DNA tests and physicals are not?

You epitomize the mind numbing stupidity of the jackass party. If you know for a fact that “genital inspections” are in the bill, link up and then shut up. Physicals aren’t in the bill because they are almost universally required by the states and the school board for student athletes to participate. Those physicals are administered by people we call “doctors”. I repeat, they are called “DOCTORS”, not “republican politicians”.

Moreover, and from personal experience, during sports physicals, boys are checked for hernias. The DOCTOR definitely knows if you have a twig and berries and if you do, you shouldn’t be on the ladies track team. Everyone gets a genital inspection rather they want one or not.

why are you worried about something that isn't happening?

If it's not happening or won't happen, why is it in the bill?

Why are you having such trouble with that question? You can just say you don't know...you said as much earlier when you had to "guess".

If genital inspections aren't necessary, then why are they in the bill?

How come none of you idiots can answer that question?

Don't you understand that everything done to clear the child to play the sport or use the bathroom is what is alleged to be forged or faked in order to give the child an advantage?

So your kid is accused of being a different gender, but you can't use your kid's birth certificate or physical (because they're what's being challenged) to affirm their gender, so how then do you affirm the kid's gender if not through an inspection?

No one is forging or faking anything to make a child eligible... no one is challenging a birth certificate or DNA result... there is no need for an inspection

An intramural or Elementary Middle School or High School sports physical is generally very basic... it's not hard to tell whether an athlete at this level is male or female just by their appearance...As For higher level or college athletes?
As I tried to explain the physicals are more involved...but there was no need for any kind of genetic testing or birth certificate presentation or DNA test testing with Will Thomas... he swam 3 years for the boys and should have been swimming the fourth year for the boys as well... those records will be corrected...

no one is challenging a birth certificate or DNA result

Incorrect. Those are precisely what are being challenged, and the legislation even specifies:

An act relating to sex-specific student athletic teams
3 or sports; creating s. 1006.205, F.S.; providing a
4 short title; providing legislative intent; requiring

12 requiring the school or institution to request a
13 certain health examination and consent form or other
14 statement from the student's health care provider to
15 verify the student's biological sex under certain
16 circumstances;

https://www.flsenate.gov/Session/Bill/2021/1475

SEE? MANDATORY INSPECTION, no DNA test or physical substitute. To resolve the dispute, the child must submit to an inspection AND get a consent form from their provider.

So when you said earlier that a DNA test or physical would suffice, you were talking out of your ass.

The legislation REQUIRES the school to conduct the genital examination. It's literally right there in the first paragraph of the legislation.

Not mandatory.... good you're learning... and only if there is a dispute which so far there has not been any

Yes, mandatory...the school is REQUIRED to do the inspection to resolve the dispute:

requiring that a
10 student's school or institution, as applicable,
11 resolve disputes regarding the student's sex;
12 requiring the school or institution to request a
13 certain health examination and consent form or other
14 statement from the student's health care provider to
15 verify the student's biological sex under certain
16 circumstances;

This embarrassment is what happens when you don't read the bill you're defending.

Not mandatory unless there is some kind of dispute when other information is provided.. a doctor doesn't have to do an inspection to determine gender there are other ways to verify the biological sex of the athlete... but there has to be a dispute to begin with and that's not going to happen

Not according to the legislation.

The legislation says the school is required to conduct the inspection should a dispute arise.

That's what the law literally says.

So you've been lying about the law this whole time because you never read it.

You don't know that at all.

The reason you don't know it is because it's private.
you don't know otherwise...and I'm sure such an allegation would not remain private...right? That would be big time news..

you don't know otherwise.

Sure I do because I can read.

That right there mandates genital inspections in order to resolve the dispute.

Why would that be in the bill if it was unnecessary?

If it ever becomes an issue let me know.. right now not mandatory no disputes no allegations nothing for you to fret about... no young men are at risk...
