The bill specifically requires schools to conduct the inspection in order to resolve the dispute.

It's right there in the first paragraph of the bill that I've copied and pasted for you a few times.

No where in this bill is any mention of a prolonged genital inspection by perverted republicans. Stuff like this is necessary because boneheads like you think it’s cool and progressive for athletically mediocre males to suddenly decide to be girls. This minimizes girls chances to get scholarships, and generally learn the life lessons that sports can teach. Stop muddying the waters with stupid shit like this.

How interesting that all I've found so far about #TRE45ON's announcement about running again is that he filed the paperwork. Where is the Nuremberg rally, the huge media spotlight, the flags and trumpets and applause, all the attention and energy, the adoring excited crowds?

That isn't happening... so don't worry...
It would never help a teen suffering from sexual identity problems to suggest or encourage participation on a team of girls, however...if the athlete is biologically male....So the first step to make sure there is no controversy or misunderstanding is to simply avoid that...
