As this tragedy unfolds, it certainly looks like young man who carried out the shooting was asking for help... He let others know that he had a gun...he had a prior criminal incident involving a CW...he was involved in a hazing incident...All ignored or "pending"...
Ignoring all of this is what has to change...those boys would be alive...
