Two vintage WWII military aircraft participating in an airshow near Dallas, collided in midair then immediately crashed into the ground and exploded in flames.
A Bell P-63 King Cobra collided with a B-17 Flying Fortress. Total killed hasn't been released pending notification of next of kin, but a spokesperson noted that the B-17 was typically carrying 4-5 people (it had crew of 10 in WWII) and the P-63 was a single-seat aircraft.
